PORTFOLIO
Luscious silk. Rich deep colors. The intense hue of the wet dye lightens as it bleeds outward.
Once the silk is dry, hot molten wax covers those places where the color must stay. The next brilliant color floods across. Everything feels fluid - the silk, the dye, the hot wax.
It's as if I'm trying to catch water in my hands. My hope is that some essence remains.
